Digital Photography

Learn the fundamentals of digital photography and begin building your own portfolio. This class will emphasize primary camera capabilities, explain basic digital photography terms, and essential picture taking techniques. You will also learn fundamental skills for editing your photos in Adobe Photoshop.

Campers are required to bring one of the following digital imaging devices: a digital single lens reflex camera (DSLR), compact camera, iPhone, or iPad.

Forensic Science

Campers are summoned to a staged crime scene to participate in fact finding and evidence gathering in the hope of solving the crime.

Through biology, chemistry, mathematics, and deductive reasoning, you will work with fellow campers to weigh your evidence and apply your findings in the quest for the culprit.

A field trip to an actual crime lab is included in this week. You'll share the results of your investigation in a public forum for friends and family on Friday.

Courtroom 101 - NEW!

Prepare your case, select the jury, cross-examine the witnesses, and sharpen your arguments at our new summer camp. Students will explore the judicial system, learn about trial law, and prepare for a final mock trial at the end of the week. Parents and friends will be invited to see you in action!
